PHP Full Stack Developer

We’re seeking a skilled PHP developer to manage back-end services and data exchange between server and users: server-side logic, database maintenance and high performance, working closely with front-end developers.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate user-facing elements built by front-end developers.
  • Build efficient, testable and reusable PHP modules.
  • Solve complex performance and architectural problems.
  • Integrate data storage solutions.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Yii, and object-oriented PHP.
  • MVC design patterns and scalable application design.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Security: common PHP and web server exploits and their fixes; accessibility compliance.
  • Authentication and authorisation across systems and environments.
  • Database schema design; SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git.
