3 to 5 years experience in similar field. Experience in System Administration, Security Operations and It delivery management.
Bachelors/ Graduate degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering Discipline or relevant field is required.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Operating Systems, Cloud Certifications, Security Certifications.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update network, server, and computer systems.
• Manage Identity & Access Management, ensuring security and compliance.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, coordinating teams and vendors.
• Monitor and maintain Cloud environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Implement DevOps tools for automated application deployment.
• Manage Backup & Disaster recovery solutions.
• Configure and monitor network equipment and technology tools.
• Ensure security through software and hardware controls.
• Implement security best practices.
• Streamline operations with automation and orchestration.
• Handle L2 helpdesk escalations and lead IT helpdesk.
• Create and maintain IT Infrastructure documentation.
• Lead security operations and incident management.
• Propose and evaluate IT solutions for security and efficiency.
• Support seminars and events with AV solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and proactive support per SLA.
• Oversee IT equipment tracking and management.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department.
